Lately we’ve been hearing quite a bit about the concept of agile HR. While it seems to be an increasingly popular idea, I don’t think many HR practitioners completely understand what it means.

The Wages Protection System (WPS) in Saudi Arabia
The Labour Ministry of Saudi Arabia has implement the Wage Protection System (WPS) in 2013, it became mandatory for all Saudi companies .

The Wage Protection System, which was first introduced in Saudi Arabia became mandatory for all Saudi companies with over 3,000 employees on 1 September 2013 . Its a financial system made compulsory to regularize and monitor the salary payments by company. The system will be linked with Ministry of Labor website to monitor the companies timely payment of salaries as agreed in the work contract.

1. Use a meaningful subject
The subject field must indicate content and purpose. Try to use a subject that is meaningful to the recipient as well as yourself. For instance, when you send an email to a company requesting information about a product, it is better to mention the actual name of the product, e.g. 'Product A information' than to just say 'product information' or the company's name in the subject.
