Beat the system!! How optimizing Resume for Applicant Tracking System
Landing an interview for a position in a giant organization can feel impossible if you don’t have any personal connections. People often blame the sheer volume of resumes that are submitted—HR simply can’t review them all with enough detail to see what a perfect candidate you are! And this is partially true—one study suggests that recruiters spend only six seconds looking at each resume. However, many resumes are trashed before they’re even seen by human eyes. How it’s possible? Many large organizations rely on applicant tracking systems (ATS) to help pre-filter resumes.

Why you should find a job in Saudi Arabia ?
Why you should find a job in Saudi Arabia ?
Most people expats come to Saudi Arabia for one reason: Money. Landing a position here as an experienced and educated professional typically comes with perks that jobs back home don't offer.
Saudi Arabia remains one of the world’s last great forbidden kingdoms – long closed to outsiders, with a very limited tourism industry. However, health professionals from around the world have been travelling there for years – working in some of the largest, most sophisticated and respected hospitals not just in the Middle East, but in the world.

The Worst Body Language Mistakes To Make In An Interview
Body language is a language without spoken words; it is called non-verbal communication. When we connect with a person, we also have to make it clear to each other how the content of a spoken message needs to be interpreted but sometimes we are unable to deliver our messages by spoken or even written languages so we use the body language to supplement what we want to say by gesturing, moving or even giving some facial expressions.
What type of Resume/CV you need?
Before you send off another résumé, take a look at the type of résumé you are using, you have to know what type of CVs you need for each vacancy.
Resumes are like advertisements. As such, it’s important to decide which type of "ad" – in this case, format – you will use before you begin to sell yourself.

What you need to work for International NGO?
The NGO world is vast and the work varied. Like any job search, you first need to figure out where you want to work through a personal assessment and a survey of the field to allow you to identify the type of work that you want to pursue. Then you need to build the experiences and skills that will help you land the jobs you identify as meeting your interests.
During my career, I have worked for NGOs such as Norwegian refugee council and Lebanese Red Cross, as well as smaller local NGOs that focus on more local issues.
Working directly for NGOs is great experience if you can get it. Unfortunately, NGO work is in high demand.
